Responsibilities
· Leading the overall holding company to achieve the approved vision, mission, and strategic objectives set by the board of directors.
· Translating high-level strategies into cohesive execution plans across the parent company and subsidiaries.
· Managing and optimizing the investment portfolio with a focus on return, sustainability, and risk mitigation.
· Directing new business development and investment opportunities within the energy value chain.
· Creating operational, financial, and managerial synergies among subsidiaries.
· Providing strategic oversight of financial, operational, and project performance across all group companies.
· Establishing and strengthening corporate governance, internal controls, and management transparency.
· Managing high-level relationships with shareholders, regulatory bodies, strategic partners, and investors.
· Leading key human capital development and succession planning at the executive level.
· Ensuring long-term sustainability from economic, credit, and strategic perspectives.
Requirements
· High-level ability to make strategic decisions in capital-intensive and high-risk environments.
· Comprehensive understanding of holding company structures and multi-sector business management.
· Deep knowledge of energy industries and evolving market trends.
· Ability to manage conflicts of interest and balance short-term versus long-term goals.
· Strong leadership skills for large organizations and guiding subsidiary CEOs.
