Responsibilities
· Develop strong visual concepts aligned with brand strategy and campaign objectives.
· Lead integrated creative campaigns across print, digital, social, and out-of-home channels.
· Ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs and touchpoints.
· Oversee creative execution from concept to final production.
· Direct design, photography, illustration, and image manipulation processes.
· Collaborate closely with internal teams to align creative output with business goals.
· Manage task allocation, timelines, and workflows within the creative team.
· Coordinate with external vendors, photographers, illustrators, and production partners.
· Conduct visual benchmarking and contribute to creative ideation initiatives.
· Review feedback constructively and refine work to achieve high-quality results.
Requirements
· Proven work experience as an Art Director is mandatory.
· Strong portfolio demonstrating integrated campaign and branding expertise.
· Solid understanding of print production and digital execution standards.
· Experience working across multiple industries with B2B and B2C brands.
· Ability to manage external resources and production partners effectively.
· Strong project and time management skills with attention to detail.
· Strategic mindset with a balance of creativity and commercial awareness.
· High level of adaptability, self-learning ability, and openness to feedback.
· Emotional maturity, ownership mindset, and passion for creative excellence.
