Responsibilities
· Own the frontend architecture to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability across large-scale applications.
· Build and deliver production-grade features using React, TypeScript, and Next.js from conception through deployment.
· Implement efficient state management solutions with Redux or Zustand to optimize data flow and reactivity.
· Integrate frontend systems with GraphQL and REST backends, handling data fetching, caching, and error management.
· Enforce performance budgets through code-splitting, lazy loading, and other optimization techniques.
· Develop Web3 capabilities including wallet connections and smart contract interactions using Ethers.js or Viem.
· Lead code and design reviews to uphold best practices in reusability, accessibility, and security.
· Maintain CI/CD pipelines and build tooling like Vite and Webpack to automate testing and deployments.
· Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to promote technical excellence and continuous improvement.
· Drive the full testing strategy across unit, integration, and end-to-end levels to ensure reliability.
Requirements
· Expert proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Next.js including SSR, SSG, hooks, and concurrent features.
· Deep mastery of Redux or Zustand for managing complex application state at scale.
· Strong experience with GraphQL and REST including schema design, query optimization, and client caching.
· Advanced knowledge of performance optimization including Core Web Vitals, bundle analysis, and rendering strategies.
· Professional Web3 experience with Ethers.js or Viem, wallet libraries, and smart contract interactions.
· Expertise in build tools and CI/CD pipelines such as Vite, Webpack, and GitHub Actions.
· Deep understanding of frontend security including XSS prevention and secure key management in Web3 contexts.
· Proven ability to lead technical decisions and drive consensus across product, design, and backend teams.
· Strong mentorship and communication skills with a track record of elevating engineering standards through code reviews and documentation.
