Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Responsibilities
· Design, develop, and implement machine learning models to solve complex problems.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective solutions.
· Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data augmentation to optimize model performance.
· Evaluate and fine-tune existing models to improve accuracy and efficiency.
· Monitor model performance in production and make necessary adjustments based on feedback and data drift.
· Document processes, methodologies, and results for transparency and reproducibility.
· Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence.
· Assist in the deployment of machine learning models into production environments.
· Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
· Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
Requirements
· Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in E-Commerce environment.
· Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, with experience in libraries like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
· Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and statistical analysis.
· Experience with data manipulation and analysis tools such as Pandas, NumPy, or similar.
· Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying machine learning applications.
· Knowledge of version control systems, such as Git, for collaborative development.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
· Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
· A passion for continuous learning and staying abreast of industry trends and technologies.
