Responsibilities
· Identify and frame key AI opportunities that align with business goals and user needs.
· Prototype, train, and deploy machine learning models to address specific challenges.
· Build usable products that integrate AI solutions, focusing on user experience and performance.
· Take full ownership of the AI product development lifecycle from initial concept to deployment and continuous optimization.
· Collaborate closely with design, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure alignment and integration of AI features.
· Conduct experiments and A/B testing to validate AI-driven features and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.
· Monitor the performance metrics of deployed models and iterate based on real-world usage and data insights.
· Stay updated with industry trends in AI and E-Commerce to identify new innovation opportunities.
· Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to stakeholders across various departments.
· Mentor junior team members on best practices for AI product development and implementation.
Requirements
· Strong background in machine learning with hands-on experience in developing and deploying models.
· Proven track record of delivering machine learning-based products from ideation to production.
· A visible product sense, with the ability to discern whether a problem requires a machine learning solution or simpler alternatives.
· Ability to navigate ambiguous situations confidently, leveraging technical expertise and a constructive mindset.
· Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), vector databases, or generative patterns is highly desirable.
· Experience working with programming languages such as Python or R, along with proficiency in machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
· Understanding of data processing tools and techniques, including SQL and data analysis tools.
· Experience working in cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
· Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and extract actionable insights that inform product decisions.
· Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
