Responsibilities
· Assist in monitoring and maintaining cloud systems, applications, and services to ensure optimal performance and availability.
· Support the implementation of cloud solutions and assist in troubleshooting issues as they arise.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, security, and business stakeholders, to align cloud strategies with organizational goals.
· Contribute to the development of documentation and knowledge base articles to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
· Help create and maintain runbooks for common operational tasks to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
· Participate in the deployment of cloud infrastructure and services, ensuring adherence to best practices.
· Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with emerging cloud technologies and industry best practices.
· Assist in evaluating cloud service providers and tools for potential integration into existing systems.
· Support the testing and validation of new cloud solutions before full-scale deployment.
· Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving cloud operations and processes.
Requirements
· Recently graduated with a degree in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecom Engineering, or related fields.
· Fresh hiring or less than 2 years of relevant experience in cloud computing or IT.
· Possess a bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD degree; candidates must have graduated and not be enrolled in any courses.
· Ability to work full-time without any academic commitments.
· Military service situation should be resolved prior to application.
· No immigration plans or processes for at least 2 years from the date of application.
· Basic knowledge of database management, networking principles, and cloud computing concepts.
· Familiarity with basic networking concepts such as TCP/IP and DNS, as well as DevOps practices.
· Understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and basic scripting skills using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
· Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a willingness to learn and improve continuously.
