Responsibilities:
· Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
· Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to create user-centric products that enhance the customer experience.
· Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.
· Develop and manage the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products that meet market demands.
· Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance and make data-driven decisions for improvements.
· Lead cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of product strategies and initiatives.
· Manage the product budget, including forecasting, resource allocation, and PL responsibilities to drive profitability.
· Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging experimentation and embracing a growth mindset within the product team.
· Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for product development.
· Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders, ensuring alignment across the organization.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in end-to-end product management within an e-commerce environment or related field.
· Strong understanding of user experience design principles and best practices in digital products.
· Demonstrated success in managing P&L responsibilities, with a track record of driving revenue growth through effective product strategies.
· Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable product improvements.
· Strong leadership capabilities, with experience in building and mentoring high-performing product teams.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
· Ability to think strategically while also being detail-oriented in execution.
· A passion for E-Commerce and a deep understanding of customer behavior in online shopping.
