Responsibilities:

·       Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets.

·       Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies to meet goals.

·       Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring customer satisfaction.

·       Collaborate with marketing, product, and logistics teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

·       Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to maximize productivity.

·       Forecast sales performance, prepare reports, and present findings to upper management.

·       Identify emerging markets, industry trends, and competitor activities to drive competitive advantage.

·       Oversee pricing strategies, promotions, and discount programs.

·       Manage the sales budget and ensure cost-effective sales operations.

·       Conduct market research to identify potential new products or expansion opportunities.

·       Develop and oversee initiatives to improve customer retention and loyalty.

 

Requirements:

·       Proven experience in sales, preferably in an E-Commerce or digital environment.

·       Strong understanding of sales metrics, CRM systems, and digital sales channels.

·       Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

·       Leadership experience with a track record of managing and motivating sales teams.

·       Analytical and data-driven approach to identifying trends and making sales decisions.

·       Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

·       Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.

·       Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as Excel, Salesforce, or similar platforms.

·       Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving industry.

·       Familiarity with E-Commerce platforms, marketplaces, and their dynamics.

·       Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
