Responsibilities:
· Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.
· Monitor daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow management.
· Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial models and assess the financial implications of business initiatives.
· Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, conducting regular audits and assessments.
· Support the development and implementation of financial controls and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and reduce risk.
· Provide insights and recommendations to senior management regarding financial performance and investment opportunities.
· Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic financial reviews, analyzing variances and adjusting forecasts as necessary.
· Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions that may affect financial performance, making recommendations for strategic adjustments as needed.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or CPA certification is preferred.
· A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a focus on budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
· Strong knowledge of financial analysis techniques and financial modeling, along with proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
· Effective communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
· Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards relevant to the E-Commerce industry.
