Responsibilities:

·       Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth in sales within the E-Commerce platform.

·       Manage relationships with suppliers, operators, and partners to ensure competitive pricing and quality offerings.

·       Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for new products and services.

·       Oversee the marketing strategies , including digital campaigns, social media promotions, and content creation.

·       Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to enhance the customer experience and address any issues.

·       Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.

·       Train and mentor team members on best practices for selling products and enhancing customer engagement.

·       Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements relevant to the business.

 

Requirements:

·       Proven experience in E-Commerce, or a similar role, preferably with a focus on group sales.

·       Strong understanding of the e-commerce industry and current market trends affecting the business.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with partners and customers.

·       Proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM software to track performance and customer interactions.

·       Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also demonstrating strong leadership capabilities.

·       Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

·       Creative problem-solving skills to address challenges in planning and execution.

·       Flexibility to travel as needed for site inspections and partner meetings.
