Responsibilities:

·       Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive growth in the E-Commerce sector.

·       Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.

·       Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and optimize existing sales processes.

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

·       Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.

·       Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

·       Conduct competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

·       Oversee the development and execution of promotional campaigns to drive traffic and conversions on eCommerce platforms.

·       Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the sales process.

 

 

Requirements:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

·       Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the E-Commerce industry.

·       Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

·       Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.

·       Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

·       Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools to track sales performance and customer insights.

·       In-depth understanding of E-Commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and online consumer behavior.

·       Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
