Responsibilities

·       Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives in the travel industry. Identify market trends, opportunities, and threats to inform strategic decision-making.

·       Manage the financial performance of the business unit, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Monitor revenue streams, control expenses, and optimize financial resources to achieve profitability targets and maximize return on investment.

·       Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of products and services to customers. Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and partners to streamline processes, resolve operational issues, and improve overall business performance.

·       Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, optimize distribution channels, and enhance the company's brand presence in the market.

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and suppliers in the travel industry. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

·       Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics in the travel industry. Use market insights to identify growth opportunities, develop new product offerings, and stay ahead of the competition.

·       Identify potential risks and challenges that may impact the business operations or financial performance. Develop risk mitigation strategies, contingency plans, and internal controls to minimize risks and ensure business continuity.

·       Lead and mentor a team of professionals to achieve business objectives and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to help team members grow and succeed in their roles.

 

Requirements:

·       Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, hospitality management, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA is a plus.

·       Proven experience in business management or leadership roles within the travel industry, with a track record of driving business growth and success.

·       Understanding of the travel industry landscape, including market trends, regulatory requirements, and customer preferences.

·       Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.

·       Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to support business objectives.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business software applications.

·       6+ years of experience in managerial position

·       3+ years of experience in Business Manager, CEO Position or a related filed.
