Iranian Company in E-Commerce Industry
Annual Package: 350 - 500 million Tomans
Responsibilities:
· Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
· Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
· Collaborate with management to identify training and development needs, and facilitate relevant programs.
· Conduct performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback sessions.
· Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives that align with business objectives.
· Analyze employee data to identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance employee engagement and retention.
· Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining accurate employee records and documentation.
· Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely manner.
Requirements:
· A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on generalist responsibilities in the E-Commerce industry preferred.
· Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
· Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Strong analytical skills to assess data and make informed decisions.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
· A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture.
· Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
