Responsibilities:
· Drive revenue growth by identifying, targeting, and securing new B2B clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts.
· Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, aligning with overall company objectives.
· Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and effective sales support.
· Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and potential opportunities for business expansion.
· Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reporting regularly on key performance metrics and adjusting strategies as necessary.
· Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals that are favorable for both the client and the company.
· Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting individual development.
· Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build relationships and promote the company’s products and services.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in a managerial role with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Strong understanding of the sales process and consultative selling approach, with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
· Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools, with the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with a variety of clients across industries.
· Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team, as well as collaborate effectively across departments.
· Analytical mindset with a strategic approach to identifying market opportunities and addressing client needs.
· Flexibility and adaptability to operate in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications or additional training in sales management are a plus.
