Responsibilities:

·       Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets and enhance market presence.

·       Identify and engage potential corporate clients, including travel agencies, corporations, and event planners.

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

·       Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the industry.

·       Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted promotional materials and campaigns for B2B clients.

·       Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals that address client needs.

·       Negotiate contracts and pricing with corporate clients while ensuring profitability.

·       Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to adjust strategies as necessary.

·       Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback to senior management.

·       Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the hotel and build connections.

 

Requirements:

·       Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry.

·       Strong understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, and market dynamics.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.

·       Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.

·       Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

·       Strong negotiation skills with a results-oriented approach.

·       Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

·       Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
