Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base.
· Identify and engage potential B2B clients through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
· Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that resonate with B2B audiences.
· Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales tactics and product offerings.
· Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
· Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
· Train and mentor junior sales staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
· Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and network with potential clients.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations in all sales activities.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
· Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the E-Commerce industry.
· Strong understanding of E-Commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and online sales processes.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to drive sales performance.
· Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a proactive attitude.
· Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
