Responsibilities:

·       Oversee daily operations of the tourism business unit to ensure efficiency and high-quality service delivery.

·       Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth and enhance profitability in alignment with company objectives.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to align business initiatives and promote packages and services.

·       Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business strategies and identify new opportunities.

·       Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance, ensuring accurate reporting and adherence to financial targets.

·       Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

·       Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of excellence and professional development.

·       Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and ethical practices in all business activities.

·       Prepare and present reports to senior management regarding business performance, challenges, and opportunities.

 

Requirements:

·       Proven experience in business management or a similar role.

·       Strong understanding of industry regulations, market dynamics, and industry trends.

·       Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

·       Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective business strategies.

·       Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with excellent interpersonal skills.

·       Proficiency in financial analysis and budget management.

·       Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

·       Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.

·       Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and online travel platforms.

·       Experience in managing customer relationships and enhancing customer satisfaction.
