Responsibilities:
· Manage the product team.
· Ensure the integrity of the product and related services, including the website.
· Maintain SLAs in user-related areas, including engagement, churn rates, and related metrics.
· Commit to task management and scheduling.
· Maintain team productivity.
· Manage bug and error rates.
· Oversee version releases for Android, iOS, and web applications.
· Monitor product performance and data based on objectives.
Requirements:
· Minimum of 4 years of product team management experience.
· Experience managing a product with over 500,000 users.
· Familiarity with Agile methodology and experience in development using this approach.
· Strong communication skills with various teams.
· Ability to analyze data and use insights for decision-making.
· Proficient in time management and prioritization.
· Familiarity with database structure and architecture.
· Proficiency in Java and collaboration with specialized technical teams.
· Strong understanding of PRD, MRD documents, and processes.
· Expertise in analytical tools, including AppMetrica.
· Proficient in database querying.
· Knowledge of marketing concepts and financial calculations, including ROI, CAC, CLTV, retention rate, CSAT, and other customer-facing financial metrics.
· Understanding of digital marketing and product integrity in customer-facing products.
· Proficient in reporting structures, charts, and presentation creation.
· Expertise in user experience design and customer journey.
· Knowledge of fintech services and business models.
· Familiarity with user verification data models.
