Responsibilities:
· Oversee the daily operations of the pharmaceutical manufacturing process, ensuring efficient and compliant production.
· Coordinate between departments such as production, quality control, and supply chain to ensure seamless workflow.
· Implement and optimize operational procedures to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with industry regulations.
· Manage and monitor inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock of raw materials and finished products.
· Ensure that all processes comply with health, safety, and regulatory requirements, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
· Work closely with senior management to develop operational strategies that align with business goals.
· Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on production metrics to drive continuous improvement.
· Manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth operations.
· Lead, train, and develop the operations team to maintain a high level of performance and adherence to company standards.
· Oversee the maintenance and upgrading of equipment and facilities to ensure production continuity.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
· Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, regulatory standards, and quality control systems.
· Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
· Ability to manage cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced environment.
· Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain best practices.
· Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as GMP, FDA, and ISO standards.
· Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and act on operational data.
· Proficiency in using enterprise resource planning (ERP) software and other relevant operational tools.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
