Responsibilities:
· Analytical skills in product design, creating PRD documents considering user stories, user interface, and identifying product requirements.
· Prioritizing product features based on business value and customer needs.
· Analyzing competitors and market trends in the fintech sector to identify new opportunities.
· Collecting and analyzing customer data and feedback for continuous product improvement.
· Collaborating closely with development, design, and marketing teams to ensure successful implementation of product features.
· Conducting regular meetings with teams to resolve issues and manage the product development process.
· Leading the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and support.
· Monitoring product performance post-launch and making necessary optimizations based on feedback.
· Maintaining continuous communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on needs and priorities, and providing regular reports on product status and key results to the management team.
· Identifying potential risks and challenges in product development and providing effective solutions to address them.
· Managing projects using Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Requirements:
· Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech, digital banking, or electronic payments.
· Deep understanding of financial technologies, financial regulations, and concepts related to digital banking, payments, cryptocurrencies, and blockchain.
· Ability to analyze customer and market data, define KPIs, and assess product success based on data.
· Effective communication skills with technical, business teams, and stakeholders at various organizational levels.
· Ability to make strategic decisions and overcome obstacles in the product development process.
· Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant fields such as management, economics, computer science, or industrial engineering.
· Experience working with data analysis tools (App Metrica) and business intelligence dashboards (Metabase).
