Responsibilities:
· Graphic design and user experience for various software and internal dashboard sections
· Adequate knowledge of designing UI for internal organizational dashboards
· Familiarity with reporting models
· Analyzing and identifying how the product aligns with market needs and consumer preferences
· Designing wireframes and creating prototypes
· Conducting product tests
· Enhancing user experience in line with business requirements
· Improving design quality based on the existing product
· Analyzing and drawing conclusions from data to enhance the product
· Developing design systems
· Reviewing the product team’s PRD documents and committing to timelines
Requirements:
· Minimum of 2 years of experience as a graphic and user interface designer
· Familiarity with Agile methodology and experience in development using this methodology
· Skills in active communication with various teams
· Ability to analyze data and use information for decision-making
· Strong time management and prioritization skills
· Proficiency in design standards in technical and operational aspects of the app
· Comprehensive understanding of web standards and mobile user experience
· Experience in teamwork
· Familiarity with UX principles
· Understanding of product testing methods
· Knowledge of design software such as AI and PS
· Familiarity with research and interviewing methods
· Creativity, ideation, and eagerness to learn
· Familiarity with design systems
· Understanding of product measurement methods
· Knowledge of design standards for web pages, Android, and iOS
