Responsibilities:

 

·       Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.

·       Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions.

·       Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating offers.

·       Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking, to build a diverse candidate pipeline.

·       Analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven decisions.

·       Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.

·       Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive practices in talent acquisition.

·       Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication and feedback.

·       Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.

·       Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all hiring practices.

 

Requirements:

 

·       Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a managerial role.

·       Strong understanding of various recruitment methodologies and tools.

·       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.

·       Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making in recruitment strategies.

·       Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.

·       Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.

·       Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

·       Knowledge of current employment laws and regulations related to hiring practices.
