Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.
· Oversee daily operations and ensure alignment with the company’s vision and goals.
· Lead and manage senior leadership teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
· Monitor industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities and risks.
· Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and investors.
· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
· Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to the board of directors.
· Drive innovation and promote a customer-centric approach across all departments.
· Manage resource allocation and optimize operational efficiency.
· Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Requirements:
· Proven experience as a Managing Director or in a similar executive leadership role.
· Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful business strategies.
· Experience in managing diverse teams and driving organizational change.
· Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards.
· Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
· Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities effectively.
· A relevant degree in business administration, management, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
