Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage a front-end development team of 3 to 7 engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high-quality deliverables.
· Oversee the design, development, and implementation of user-friendly web applications using React.js.
· Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver effective solutions.
· Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment are followed within the team.
· Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to foster professional growth.
· Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team.
· Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as they arise during development.
· Promote a collaborative team environment that encourages open communication and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
· Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a front-end engineer, with a strong focus on React.js.
· At least 2 years of experience in a technical lead or team leadership role.
· Proven ability to manage a team effectively, demonstrating strong leadership skills.
· Familiarity with back-end development or DevOps practices is a plus.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
· A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
