Responsibilities:

·       Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and boost sales across all digital platforms.

·       Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for growth.

·       Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, and prepare regular reports to assess ROI and inform future strategies.

·       Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize impact and return on investment.

·       Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation.

·       Content Development: Oversee the creation of engaging content for the website, blogs, social media, and other marketing channels to attract and retain customers.

·       SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility and drive traffic to the e-commerce site.

·       Customer Engagement: Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention through loyalty programs, personalized marketing, and exceptional customer service.

·       Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and company goals.

 

Requirements:

·       Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.

·       Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position within the e-commerce sector.

·       Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content management systems.

·       Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics; experience with tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.

·       Creative Thinking: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences.

·       Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

·       Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present ideas clearly and effectively to various stakeholders.

·       Leadership Qualities: Proven leadership skills with experience in building and managing high-performing teams.

·       Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced e-commerce environment and quickly respond to changing market conditions.

·       Customer-Centric Focus: A strong understanding of customer behavior and a commitment to enhancing the customer experience through tailored marketing efforts.
