Responsibilities:

         Designing, implementing, and managing the marketplace

         Conducting market studies and research to attract new instructors

         Setting standards and procedures for instructor contracts

         Designing evaluation processes for instructors and courses

         Maximizing the diversity of courses in the marketplace

         Designing and managing procedures for attracting new instructors

         Overseeing daily operations related to securing the marketplace

         Ensuring the competitiveness and accuracy of pricing for marketplace courses

         Identifying and resolving product, service, and market-related issues within the marketplace and with instructors

         Team building and maintaining relationships with team members

         Establishing and maintaining extensive communication with current marketplace instructors

 

Requirements:

         Over 7 years of experience in related fields such as Commercial, Sales, Operations in similar companies

         Over 4 years of experience in team leadership, guidance, and management

         MBA or equivalent degree in Business Management or related fields from top universities

         Creativity and dynamism

         Process-oriented approach and mindset

         Ability to document and provide guidance to stakeholders

         Analytical thinking

         Strong communication skills and leadership skills

         Problem-solving mindset and approach

         Skills in strategic operational planning and resource management

         Strong analytical skills, specializing in advanced tools and techniques, and technology implementation for process optimization

         Strong communication skills to clearly convey ideas and proposals
