Responsibilities:
• Designing, implementing, and managing the marketplace
• Conducting market studies and research to attract new instructors
• Setting standards and procedures for instructor contracts
• Designing evaluation processes for instructors and courses
• Maximizing the diversity of courses in the marketplace
• Designing and managing procedures for attracting new instructors
• Overseeing daily operations related to securing the marketplace
• Ensuring the competitiveness and accuracy of pricing for marketplace courses
• Identifying and resolving product, service, and market-related issues within the marketplace and with instructors
• Team building and maintaining relationships with team members
• Establishing and maintaining extensive communication with current marketplace instructors
Requirements:
• Over 7 years of experience in related fields such as Commercial, Sales, Operations in similar companies
• Over 4 years of experience in team leadership, guidance, and management
• MBA or equivalent degree in Business Management or related fields from top universities
• Creativity and dynamism
• Process-oriented approach and mindset
• Ability to document and provide guidance to stakeholders
• Analytical thinking
• Strong communication skills and leadership skills
