Annual Package: 700 – 850

 

Responsibilities:

 

         Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives, focusing on attracting, retaining, and developing top talent in the logistics sector.

         Analyze industry trends and best practices to ensure HR initiatives are competitive and effective.

         Partner with leadership to forecast future workforce needs and develop proactive strategies to address them.

         Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.

         Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates in a competitive market.

         Build strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and professional associations.

         Implement and manage performance management systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, and talent development programs.

         Provide coaching and mentorship to employees, fostering their growth and development within the organization.

         Identify and address performance issues proactively, implementing corrective action plans when necessary.

         Administer and manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.

         Conduct salary surveys and market analysis to ensure competitive compensation packages.

         Proactively address employee concerns and grievances, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

         Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.

         Foster a culture of open communication and collaboration.

         Ensure compliance with all applicable HR laws and regulations, including employment law, payroll, and benefits administration.

         Manage HR systems and databases, including payroll, benefits, and employee records.

         Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and consistency.

         Actively participate in the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

         Willingness to roll up sleeves and tackle tasks as needed to support the team.

         Ability and willingness to travel both domestically and internationally to support the company's operations and meet with employees and stakeholders.

         Proven ability to coach and mentor employees at all levels, using a variety of techniques and approaches.

         Ideally holds a coaching certification or demonstrates a strong understanding of coaching principles and methodologies.

 

 

Requirements:

 

         Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

         Minimum 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a logistics or supply chain environment.

         Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.

         Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits.

         Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

         Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

         Strong organizational and time management skills.

         Proficiency in HR software and systems (e.g., Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS, etc.)

         Highly motivated and results-oriented with a passion for the logistics industry.

         Hands-on mentality and willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done.

         Ability and willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.

         Strong coaching skills, ideally with a coaching certification.
