Responsibilities:

 

         Achieve and exceed revenue targets for assigned territory by effectively selling logistics solutions to hotels, restaurants, and cafes.

         Build strong and lasting relationships with key decision-makers within target customer segments.

         Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, understand customer needs, and develop effective sales strategies.

         Proactively source and qualify new leads, convert prospects into paying customers, and expand existing customer relationships.

         Develop compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

         Manage existing customer accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and retention, proactively identify new needs and upselling opportunities.

         Track sales progress, analyze performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management.

         Collaborate effectively with other departments (Operations, Marketing, Customer Service) to deliver seamless service to customers.

         Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory updates related to FMCG logistics within the hospitality sector.

 

Requirements:

 

         Proven Track Record: Minimum 3-5 years of successful B2B sales experience within the Fashion indusrties, (hotels, restaurants, cafes).

         Strong Sales Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities. Proven ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and present solutions effectively.

         Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Fashion industry including procurement processes to produtions and sales.

         Market Research & Analysis: Ability to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.

         Customer Focus: Passionate about exceeding customer expectations and building strong relationships.

         Contract Negotiation: Experience negotiating and finalizing contracts with B2B clients.

         Proficient in CRM & Sales Tools: Proficiency in using CRM software, sales automation tools, and other relevant technology.

         Self-Motivated & Results-Oriented: Strong work ethic, driven by results, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

         Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills: Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing, present information clearly and concisely.

         Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
