Responsibilities:

 

         Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals and target audience.

         Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.

         Create and manage the annual marketing budget and track ROI on all marketing initiatives.

         Develop and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, etc.).

         Lead the development and execution of brand building and awareness initiatives.

         Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including website, SEO, SEM, social media, email, and online advertising.

         Oversee website content development and ensure it is engaging, informative, and optimized for search engines.

         Create and curate high-quality content (blogs, articles, social media posts, video, etc.) to engage and attract customers.

         Monitor website traffic, analytics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.

         Develop and implement customer acquisition and retention strategies.

         Manage customer segmentation and personalization efforts to enhance customer experience.

         Analyze customer data to understand their needs and preferences.

         Build and nurture relationships with key influencers and partners.

         Manage a team of marketing professionals, including copywriters, designers, social media managers, etc.

         Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.

         Collaborate with other departments (sales, product development, customer service) to ensure alignment on marketing goals.

         Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

 

Requirements:

         Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

         Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably in the e-commerce industry.

         Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results.

         Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.

         Proficiency in SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and online advertising platforms.

         Experience with website analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) and CRM systems.

         Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and web design principles.

         Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

         Creative and strategic thinking abilities.

         Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

         Strong leadership and team management skills.

         Passion for e-commerce and a deep understanding of the online retail landscape.
