Responsibilities:
• Business Line Ownership: Develop a deep understanding of a specific business line within the Fintech company, including its products, services, target market, and competitive landscape.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for the business line, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to achieve set goals and targets.
• Project Management: Lead and manage various projects within the business line, ensuring timely completion and alignment with company objectives.
• Product Development & Strategy: Collaborate with product teams to develop and implement new products and services within the business line. Contribute to the strategic direction of the business line, identifying growth opportunities and new market segments.
• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the business line, including customers, partners, and internal teams. Address customer inquiries and provide solutions to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive threats, and potential opportunities for the business line.
• Reporting & Communication: Prepare regular reports and presentations for management, highlighting key performance metrics, project progress, and strategic insights. Effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, sales, operations, and technology, to ensure efficient cross-functional collaboration.
• Mentorship & Development: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, supporting their professional development and skill growth.
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a business development, product management, or financial services role. Experience within the Fintech industry is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint).
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire others. Adaptability and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Financial Acumen: A solid understanding of financial concepts, including financial statements, metrics, and risk management.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company's overall objectives.
