Iranian Company in Pharmaceutical Industry
Annual Package: 400 – 550 million Tomans
Responsibilities:
· Provide legal advice and guidance on regulatory compliance issues related to pharmaceutical industry laws and regulations.
· Review and analyze contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
· Conduct legal research and analysis on emerging issues and changes in pharmaceutical laws and regulations.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement compliance strategies and policies.
· Assist in the development and delivery of compliance training programs for employees.
· Monitor and assess potential legal risks and provide proactive solutions to mitigate them.
· Represent the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and interactions with regulatory authorities.
· Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal developments to ensure the organization's compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
· Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law, preferably in pharmaceutical industry compliance or related field.
· In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex legal requirements and provide practical solutions.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
· Experience in conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and providing legal advice to business units.
· Familiarity with risk management principles and experience in identifying and mitigating legal risks within a corporate setting.
