Responsibilities:
· Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of systems and methods for pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for pharmaceutical production systems.
· Lead a team of professionals to design, optimize, and validate manufacturing processes and systems.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
· Develop and maintain documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and validation protocols related to systems and methods.
· Provide technical expertise and guidance on troubleshooting and resolving issues related to pharmaceutical manufacturing systems.
· Conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate mitigation strategies for potential system failures or process deviations.
· Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in pharmaceutical manufacturing systems and methods.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
· Strong understanding of process validation, equipment qualification, and technology transfer in the pharmaceutical industry.
· Proficiency in project management, including planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
· Ability to analyze complex technical problems, develop innovative solutions, and make data-driven decisions.
· Familiarity with software tools for process modeling, data analysis, and statistical process control in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
