Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement the company's overall strategy and direction in alignment with the business goals and objectives.
· Oversee the daily operations of the company, including sales, marketing, finance, and production functions.
· Lead and manage a team of executives and employees to ensure effective and efficient performance across all departments.
· Drive revenue growth by identifying new market opportunities, expanding product offerings, and increasing market share.
· Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track the company's financial health and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.
· Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and customers, to enhance the company's reputation and market position.
· Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards to protect the company's reputation and minimize risks.
Requirements:
· Proven experience as a senior executive in the FMCG industry, with a strong background in sales, marketing, finance, and production functions.
· Demonstrated success in leading and growing a business in a competitive market environment.
· Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills to drive business growth and profitability.
· Excellent leadership and communication skills to inspire and motivate a diverse team of employees.
· In-depth knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and consumer preferences to anticipate changes and capitalize on opportunities.
· A track record of building successful partnerships with key stakeholders to drive business success.
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or a related field, with additional certifications or training in relevant areas preferred.
