Responsibilities:

·       Lead the implementation and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure within the clothing company, including hardware, software, and network solutions

·       Provide technical support and troubleshooting for employees, resolving hardware and software issues promptly to minimize disruptions to business operations.

·       Collaborate with department heads to identify and address IT needs, ensuring that technology solutions align with business objectives.

·       Manage and oversee IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations, ensuring timely completion and minimal impact on daily operations.

·       Develop and enforce IT security policies and procedures to safeguard company data and systems from cyber threats and unauthorized access.

·       Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.

·       Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry, providing recommendations for innovative solutions that can enhance business efficiency and productivity.

 

Requirements:

·       Proven experience as an IT Specialist or similar role

·       In-depth knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and security systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.

·       Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and oversee IT initiatives from conception to completion.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information to non-technical staff.

·       Familiarity with retail-specific IT systems, such as point-of-sale (POS) software, inventory management systems, and e-commerce platforms.

·       A proactive approach to IT security, with experience in implementing and maintaining robust cybersecurity measures to protect company assets.

·       Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+) are a plus.
