Annual Package: 250 – 300 million Tomans
Responsibilities:
· Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clothing store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
· Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed store targets and drive revenue growth.
· Train, mentor, and supervise store staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and product knowledge.
· Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
· Manage store inventory, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining appropriate stock levels.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including security, safety, and operational standards.
· Create a welcoming and visually appealing store environment through effective merchandising and visual presentation.
Requirements:
· Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in the clothing retail industry.
· Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and build strong relationships.
· Proficiency in retail sales and inventory management systems.
· Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions to drive store performance.
· A passion for fashion and a keen understanding of current clothing trends and customer preferences.
· High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in retail management or a related field is preferred.
