Annual Package: 600 – 720 million Tomans
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement financial strategies to support the growth and profitability of the clothing company.
· Manage and oversee the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
· Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
· Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements, including tax filings and audits.
· Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
· Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk to optimize the company's financial position.
· Supervise and mentor finance team members, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
Requirements:
· Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role in the clothing industry or related field.
· Strong knowledge of financial management principles, practices, and regulations.
· Excellent analytical skills to interpret financial data and make strategic recommendations.
· Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
· Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a Master's degree or CPA certification is preferred.
