Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives and drive growth.
· Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
· Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
· Ensure compliance with industry regulations and financial reporting standards.
· Oversee cash flow management, including working capital optimization and risk management.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support decision-making and drive operational efficiency.
· Provide leadership and guidance to finance team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
· Proven experience in financial management roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
· Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
· Proficiency in financial planning and analysis tools and software.
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
· Strategic mindset with a focus on driving business results and continuous improvement.
