Responsibilities:

 

·       Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

·       Act as a consultant to management on HR-related issues.

·       Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.

·       Partner with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.

·       Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback.

·       Manage employee relations issues, including investigations and conflict resolution.

·       Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement.

·       Collaborate with the HR team to deliver training and development programs.

·       Stay current on HR best practices and legal requirements.

 

Requirements:

 

·       Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred.

·       5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a business partner role.

·       Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

·       Proven experience in organizational development and change management.

·       Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

·       HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
