Responsibilities:
· Manage and coordinate relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of products and maintaining quality standards.
· Coordinate logistics and delivery of products with the logistics team to ensure efficient and cost-effective transportation.
· Coordinate warehouse operations, including forecasting consignment needs and optimizing storage space.
· Work closely with the tech and product team to identify areas for improvement in the product and implement necessary changes.
· Manage and coordinate relationships with sellers, ensuring clear communication and efficient collaboration.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
· Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in inventory management software and other relevant tools.
· Strong leadership skills to manage a team of employees effectively.
