Job Brief:

We are in search of an accomplished Sales Manager with a proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will be tasked with establishing and expanding a successful sales team, fostering team development, and effectively managing sales operations. This role requires a strategic mindset to identify and capitalize on opportunities, ensuring consistent revenue growth through vendor acquisition and effective team management.




·       Build and develop a robust sales team through strategic recruitment and team-building initiatives

·       Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented environment

·       Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet organizational targets

·       Conduct thorough vendor analysis to identify and secure advantageous partnerships

·       Effectively manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure

·       Implement sales training programs to enhance team skills and capabilities

·       Foster a results-driven culture, consistently monitoring and optimizing team performance

·       Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall organizational objectives

·       Regularly evaluate and enhance sales processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness




·       Proven experience in building and managing successful sales teams

·       Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

·       Demonstrated success in vendor acquisition and partnership development
