Responsibilities
· Lead AI projects from initial scoping and technical planning to development, deployment, and production.
· Manage and mentor the AI team, ensuring effective collaboration, technical growth, and delivery performance.
· Define and execute the AI team's roadmap in alignment with business objectives and product priorities.
· Oversee the design and development of Generative AI solutions, LLM-based applications, and AI-powered products.
· Drive the development of RAG pipelines, AI agents, embedding models, and other intelligent solutions.
· Monitor AI system performance, evaluate key metrics, and implement improvements in accuracy, scalability, and reliability.
· Establish technical standards, development practices, and quality guidelines across AI projects.
· Collaborate with product, engineering, and other business teams to identify opportunities for AI integration.
· Evaluate emerging AI technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve existing solutions and technical capabilities.
· Report project progress, technical challenges, resource requirements, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Requirements
· 5+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or related technical fields.
· Proven experience leading AI teams and managing technical projects.
· Strong expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and Embedding Models.
· Solid understanding of machine learning, data science, statistics, and model evaluation.
· Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, and SQL.
· Hands-on experience developing and deploying LLM-based applications, including RAG pipelines and AI agents.
· Experience working with high-load production systems, large-scale data, or distributed environments.
· Familiarity with vector databases, semantic search, and information retrieval techniques.
· Knowledge of MLOps practices, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-based environments.
· Strong leadership, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
