Responsibilities

· Monitor, manage, and troubleshoot operational incidents affecting online services.

· Deploy, configure, and maintain infrastructure and services supporting stock trading platforms.

· Manage and optimize software deployment and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

· Automate installation, configuration, deployment, and monitoring processes through scripting.

· Analyze logs, performance metrics, and alerts to identify and resolve root causes.

· Collaborate with development, network, infrastructure, security, support, and product teams.

· Manage software versions, release processes, and deployment configurations.

· Monitor service health, system availability, and operational performance.

· Document operational procedures, incidents, troubleshooting steps, and technical solutions.

· Continuously improve operational workflows, system reliability, and team efficiency.

Requirements

· Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and software deployment processes.

· Familiarity with Azure DevOps, repositories, pipelines, and project management.

· Knowledge of version control and software release management.

· Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Zabbix.

· Understanding of log analysis, alerting, and service health monitoring.

· Knowledge of Windows Server, IIS, and DNS.

· Familiarity with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ and caching technologies like Redis.

· Understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, routing, subnetting, and firewalls.

· Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell, with familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or Terraform considered an advantage.

· Strong troubleshooting, time management, teamwork, and stress management skills, with the ability to learn new technologies and understand technical English documentation.
