Responsibilities
· Provide financial support to clients using capital market software solutions.
· Respond to customer inquiries regarding financial operations and accounting processes.
· Guide clients in using financial software features and resolving operational issues.
· Investigate reported issues and coordinate with technical teams when necessary.
· Support clients with accounting-related workflows and financial data processing.
· Assist clients with transactions and processes related to capital market operations.
· Maintain accurate records of customer requests, reported issues, and resolutions.
· Follow up on unresolved cases to ensure timely and effective support.
· Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and service quality.
· Stay updated on financial software features, accounting practices, and capital market regulations.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
· Familiarity with capital markets and financial institutions.
· Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
· Familiarity with stock exchanges and capital market instruments.
· Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
· Strong customer service and communication skills.
· Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
· Strong time management and stress management skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
· Basic proficiency in English and technical documentation.
