Responsibilities
· Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and actionable delivery plans.
· Collaborate with engineering teams to define scope, technical dependencies, and integration requirements.
· Maintain product documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
· Prioritize backlogs for technical initiatives, platform improvements, and system integrations.
· Coordinate delivery across Product, Engineering, QA, Data, DevOps, Security, and Operations teams.
· Identify technical risks, dependencies, blockers, and trade-offs throughout product development.
· Manage API, service, data, and system integration initiatives from discovery to delivery.
· Collaborate with QA teams to define test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and release readiness.
· Ensure technical features are delivered with proper documentation and operational handover.
· Evaluate technical decisions based on user needs, business objectives, and system constraints.
· Communicate technical concepts and requirements clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
· Improve product development workflows, documentation quality, and delivery processes.
Requirements
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field.
· 6+ years of experience in technical product management or related roles.
· Experience in FinTech, banking, brokerage, investment platforms, or financial infrastructure.
· Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and software delivery processes.
· Ability to collaborate with engineering teams and understand technical requirements.
· Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, databases, and system architecture.
· Understanding of data flows and backend/frontend development concepts.
· Strong skills in requirements gathering, technical documentation, and problem-solving.
· Ability to translate business needs into clear technical specifications.
· Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro, Figma, Postman, or Swagger.
· Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.
· Familiarity with QA processes, release planning, and production support practices.
