Responsibilities

·       Overseeing daily operational tasks to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.

·       Analyzing project data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

·       Coordinating communication between various departments to facilitate smooth project execution.

·       Managing client relations and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.

·       Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation for all projects and processes.

·       Conducting regular meetings with team members to discuss progress and challenges.

·       Implementing best practices for project management and operational efficiency.

·       Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

·       Preparing detailed reports for upper management on project status and financial performance.

·       Training and mentoring junior staff members to enhance team capabilities.

 

Requirements

·       Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.

·       Strong analytical skills with a focus on numerical data interpretation.

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.

·       Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.

·       A well-organized mindset to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

·       Familiarity with construction documentation processes and standards.

·       Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

·       Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges as they arise.

·       A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.

·       Experience with client relationship management to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
