Responsibilities
· Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define product vision and roadmap.
· Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features.
· Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, translating them into clear specifications for the development team.
· Monitor product performance metrics and user feedback to inform ongoing improvements and adjustments.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
· Create and deliver presentations to communicate product strategies and updates to executive leadership and other stakeholders.
· Manage the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of features and addressing any roadblocks that arise during development.
· Mentor and guide junior product managers, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
· Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge in the E-Commerce space.
Requirements
· Proven experience as a product manager in an E-Commerce environment, with a track record of successful product launches.
· Strong understanding of E-Commerce platforms, user experience design, and digital marketing strategies.
· Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse teams and stakeholders.
· Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
· Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
· Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying challenges and implementing solutions.
· Experience with A/B testing, user research, and other methods for validating product concepts and features.
· Passion for E-Commerce and a deep understanding of customer behavior and trends in online shopping.
