Responsibilities
· Purchase goods and services necessary for the company.
· Identify and select suitable suppliers for the required products and services.
· Review pricing, contract terms, and finalize orders.
· Establish and maintain effective communication with various suppliers.
· Monitor order status and resolve any potential issues in the procurement process.
· Collaborate with different departments to identify purchasing and procurement needs.
· Provide recommendations to optimize purchasing processes.
· Understand basic inventory management concepts and work with the warehouse team to manage stock levels.
· Track inventory levels and ensure timely fulfillment of needs.
· Prepare procurement reports for management and analyze purchasing trends to propose improvements.
Requirements
· Work experience in purchasing and procurement (preferably in similar industries).
· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse groups.
· Flexibility and ability to work in dynamic and changing environments.
· Strong follow-up skills with a results-oriented approach and high responsiveness.
· Familiarity with basic inventory management concepts.
· Proficient in negotiation and conflict resolution techniques.
· Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on findings.

· Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools related to procurement processes.
