Responsibilities

·       Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to increase sales and market share.

·       Lead and manage the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

·       Oversee performance marketing initiatives, including Google Ads, CPC channels, and affiliate marketing programs.

·       Manage ECRM strategies using web engagement tools to optimize customer interactions and retention.

·       Plan and execute marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.

·       Oversee social media management to enhance brand presence and engage with target audiences effectively.

·       Analyze conversion rates and implement strategies for continuous improvement in customer conversion optimization (CRO).

·       Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of growth initiatives and make data-driven decisions.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth strategies with product development and customer feedback.

·       Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the team to explore new growth opportunities.

 

Requirements

·       Proven experience in a growth-focused role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

·       Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

·       Experience in managing marketing teams and driving performance marketing efforts.

·       Familiarity with ECRM tools and web engagement strategies.

·       Demonstrated success in planning and executing marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.

·       Knowledge of social media platforms and strategies for effective brand engagement.

·       Understanding of customer conversion optimization techniques and best practices.

·       Ability to think critically and strategically, with a focus on achieving tangible outcomes.

·       Previous experience in building growth strategies from the ground up is highly desirable.

·       Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
