Responsibilities
· Develop and implement the company's overall marketing and sales strategy to drive growth and enhance brand visibility.
· Oversee the customer experience across all touchpoints, ensuring alignment with the company's values and mission.
· Collaborate with product development teams to ensure offerings meet market demands and customer needs.
· Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and new offerings.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster collaboration and loyalty.
· Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing and sales teams to enhance their skills and performance.
· Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
· Manage budgets for marketing and sales activities, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
· Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness.
· Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
· Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a Chief Commercial Officer or similar position.
· Strong understanding of marketing principles, sales strategies, and customer relationship management.
· Excellent leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
· Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
· Strong negotiation skills with experience in managing contracts and partnerships.
