Responsibilities:

·       Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand growth.

·       Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and consumer trends.

·       Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively across campaigns.

·       Oversee the creation of marketing materials and content for various channels.

·       Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts and strategies.

·       Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with sales goals.

·       Coordinate promotional events and product launches to maximize visibility.

·       Build and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors.

·       Lead and mentor the marketing team to enhance their skills and performance.

·       Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.

 

Requirements:

·       Proven experience in marketing management or a similar role.

·       Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics tools.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.

·       Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights from metrics.

·       Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative campaigns.

·       Strong project management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.

·       Familiarity with SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing strategies.

·       Experience with budget management and resource allocation.
