Responsibilities:

 

·       Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, to ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals.

·       Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and optimize capital structure.

·       Manage relationships with investors, analysts, and stakeholders, providing transparent communication regarding financial performance and outlook.

·       Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including those specific to the pharmaceutical industry.

·       Lead risk management initiatives to identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks associated with business operations.

·       Collaborate with other executive leaders to drive organizational performance and operational efficiency.

·       Direct the finance team, ensuring effective talent management, training, and development.

·       Monitor industry trends and economic conditions to inform strategic decision-making.

·       Oversee mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships to enhance the company's market position and expand its portfolio.

·       Evaluate and implement financial systems and processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.

 

Requirements:

 

·       Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.

·       Extensive experience in finance leadership roles, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.

·       Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements specific to the pharmaceutical industry.

·       Proven track record of strategic financial planning and analysis, with demonstrated success in driving business growth.

·       Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.

·       Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing diverse teams and fostering a collaborative culture.

·       Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

·       High level of integrity and ethical standards in financial practices.

·       Proficiency in financial software and tools, with a strong grasp of data analytics.
